Ssimbwa Kassim is an entrepreneur passionate about specialized health services extending to rural Africa and is a founding member and Director of Imperial Hospital. In his current, he has seen the facility grow since 2021 from a general practice center to serving five specialized clinics ranging from Obstetrics and Gynaecology, Orthopedic, Pediatrics, Dental and Physiotherapy and general surgery.

ARNETIA PATIENCE LUNKUSE

I am a dedicated and experienced HR and Admin Head at Imperial Hospital Uganda, a position I have held since mid-September. My professional journey has been shaped by my unwavering passion for evolving healthcare issues and contributing to the enhancement of healthcare services. With a background in Social Work and Social Administration, coupled with a current pursuit of a Master’s in Public Health, I bring a unique blend of skills and knowledge to the healthcare industry. I am committed to fostering a work environment that promotes employee well-being, efficient operations, and continuous improvement in healthcare services. My goal is to be an instrumental part of creating a healthier and more accessible healthcare system for all.

MEDICAL DIRECTOR & CLINICAL HEAD

DR. BEN KIGWE

Dr. Ben Kigwe is a dedicated medical professional with four years of experience, whose unwavering passion lies in improving the lives of the underprivileged, with a special focus on women and children. He firmly believes that access to timely and quality healthcare is a fundamental right for all, and he tirelessly works towards making this belief a reality. As the Medical Director of Imperial hospital, Dr. Kigwe plays a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of healthcare services and programs to the community. His commitment to providing compassionate care and addressing healthcare disparities has earned him the respect and trust of both patients and colleagues. In addition to his medical career, Dr. Kigwe serves as the devoted pastor of the Greater Love Nations Church Iganga Kigulu. Under his leadership, this vibrant congregation has flourished, driven by a mission to share the love of God with everyone. His deep faith in God inspires his work in both the medical field and ministry, as he strives to uplift and empower those he serves. Beyond his professional and spiritual pursuits, Dr. Kigwe finds joy in his family life. He is a loving husband to his wonderful wife and a proud father of three beautiful children. In his leisure time, you can often find him engrossed in books, sharing the teachings of Jesus Christ, or cheering for his favorite soccer teams, both on the field and on screen. Dr. Ben Kigwe’s life is a testament to his dedication to healing, faith, and family. His multifaceted approach to making a difference in the lives of others truly embodies his mission to bring love, care, and hope to those in need.

Timothy Musaasizi is a dedicated healthcare professional with a passion for making a positive impact in the nursing field. With four years of experience in the medical industry, Timothy has honed his skills and expertise as both an HR Assistant and Head Nurse at Imperial Hospital Iganga. Timothy’s commitment to the healthcare sector goes beyond his current roles. He is constantly striving to expand his knowledge and abilities. Currently, he is pursuing a diploma in radiography, aiming to further enhance his proficiency in healthcare and contribute to patient care through cutting-edge diagnostic techniques. His dedication to patient well-being, combined with his continuous pursuit of knowledge, makes Timothy Musaasizi a valuable asset to the healthcare community. Join him on his journey to transform the nursing field and provide the highest quality care to those in need.

ACCOUNTANT

RODAH ADEMUN

 Rodah Ademun is a dedicated accountant at Imperial Hospital Iganga, bringing her expertise and enthusiasm to the role since June of this year. With a focus on managing the hospital’s finances, particularly in dealing with insurances and tax matters, Rodah has proven herself to be an invaluable asset to the organization. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures that the hospital’s financial operations run smoothly and efficiently. Beyond her financial acumen, Rodah is deeply passionate about serving the community and contributing to the delivery of quality healthcare. Her commitment to both her role and the betterment of healthcare services makes her an essential and compassionate member of the hospital team.

VICTORIA KASADHA

Dedicated Midwife, Loving Mother, and Devoted Wife

I’m Victoria Kasadha, a passionate and experienced midwife with over six years of dedicated service. For me, midwifery is not just a profession; it’s a calling that allows me to connect with women on a profound level, offering care and support during one of the most transformative moments in their lives.

 Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of assisting countless mothers through the beautiful and challenging journey of childbirth. My commitment to excellence, coupled with a natural dedication and a strong work ethic, has guided me in providing the highest standard of care. I believe in empowering women with knowledge, compassion, and a sense of security during this significant life event.

 Away from the hospital, I am a proud mother and devoted wife. Balancing the roles of a midwife, mother, and wife has enriched my life and deepened my understanding of the intricate tapestry of womanhood. Being a mother has given me firsthand insight into the joys and struggles that come with raising a family, reinforcing my empathy and connection with the women I serve.

When I’m not assisting in the miracle of life, I find immense joy in spending quality time with my family. Whether it’s creating lasting memories with my children or nurturing the bond with my husband, family remains at the heart of everything I do.

In this ever-evolving field, I am committed to staying at the forefront of midwifery knowledge. I am intrigued by the latest advancements and continuously seek opportunities for professional development to enhance the care I provide to the women and families I serve.
